I have built all the emails within the email builder but my customer gets no emails from us? Not even falling into junk.

Please check how emails function when the XStore Email Builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
We also recommend testing the email functionality with a default WooCommerce theme, such as Storefront (Appearance > Themes), instead of XStore.
Once you have completed these tests, please share the results with us.

Not managed to get these working still. It’s all disabled and set up, unless i need to disable or enable anything elsewhere
Ive tested new order and my customer dont get no emails

If you have already performed the testing we previously requested and confirmed that the issue persists even when a different theme is activated on your site, this indicates that the problem is not caused by our theme.
Please ensure that the following settings are correctly configured:
1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and verify that the email notifications are enabled for the relevant actions (e.g., New Order, Processing Order, Completed Order).
2. Check that the recipient email addresses are correctly entered and not blocked or filtered by your email provider.
3. Make sure that your WordPress site is able to send emails. You may consider installing an SMTP plugin (such as WP Mail SMTP) to improve email deliverability.
4. If you are using any third-party plugins or custom code, please temporarily disable them to rule out any conflicts.
If everything appears to be set up correctly and the issue persists, please contact the support of the Woocommerce plugin directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

We have our woocomerce email settings all ticked (image attached) we have not changed themes, we dont feel comfortable doing this with all the works we have done – unsure on how we do that and not effecting anything
Email address was entered correctly ive had 2 people test it , not landing in junk etc
Do you need my login details to check settings and view everything – ive put it all in private area

Yes I disabled the email builder and used just woocomerce standard, customers dont seem to be getting that either
If its my host issue, can you confirm what i need to ask them or request for, for it all to work
