New field in registration form - by cardinalno

    I should add a field in the registration form, and to do this I added the code in the file-et registration.php
    as private content

    how can I do to record this information on the DB?
    what files should I change?

    Hello,

    You need also edit the file wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/theme-functions.php, find “! Registration” block on line 1177.

    yes but what have to write in order to save the new metadata “hobby” into the database if we don’t validate the field, could you write me the code please…
    maybe i have to use the function update_user_meta?
    can you help me please?
