  Hello,
  when is created a new user account,the email that has been send from wordpress it does not recognizes the static block that i use for the custom header and appears like this.

  Hello,

  Please don’t use Visual Composer shortcodes in registration email template as they won’t work there.

  What registration are you using on site, woocommerce or our theme registration?
  The page that you provided is a site page, isn’t letter.
