Greetings of the day!
I’d like to request assistance with automating the shipping details entry in our custom field. Currently, we’re manually adding the shipping information each time an order is received. It would be great to streamline this process and have the details populated automatically. (See Screenshot). and even after adding these details manually. customer can’t see order status on customer login screen.
Additionally it would be great if you can refer an article or SOP or Video for setting up post order services like shipping, related mails configuration.
