Need to fix shipping details in custom field

    Dear Support Team,

    Greetings of the day!

    I’d like to request assistance with automating the shipping details entry in our custom field. Currently, we’re manually adding the shipping information each time an order is received. It would be great to streamline this process and have the details populated automatically. (See Screenshot). and even after adding these details manually. customer can’t see order status on customer login screen.

    Additionally it would be great if you can refer an article or SOP or Video for setting up post order services like shipping, related mails configuration.

    Hello, Abhinandan,

    Unfortunately, this feature is not part of the default functionality of our theme.

    If you would like to automatically create fields and display them on the client side, this would require additional customization, which falls outside the scope of Envato support.

    can you help me with the details which i am getting on order page from shipping aggregator, i want to mail these details to customer.

    To set up your email, we recommend using the built-in email builder available in XStore.

    Thanks Andrew,

    I tried that but can’t able to get Import Details like tracking_link , tracking_number , tracking_provider. if i put this parameter into mail it remain same (doesn’t show values).
