Need some advice on delivery / click and collect calendar

Hi
I am using Xtore – Organic theme.
I would like to add a button on the menu left side bar or on the main header which allow customers to select the order type “click and collect or delivery” with a calendar (day and time)
This will go to the order details in admin and also on the checkout page.
The idea is to let the customers reserve a delivery/ckick and collect day and time slot before shopping.

Any advice to include this in the theme ?

There is no such option.
