Need Reset xstore license key - by Kris - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Can you please reset my license url for XStore theme? I do not have it actively installed anywhere and i am trying to install it but it is saying it is already active.

    I have tried to update the theme but it shows the following message,
    “An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    Hello,

    If you reactivated theme and still have that error go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check Again button http://prntscr.com/vcr0gj and then try to update the theme again.
