    Our reply time may vary depending on the number of requests and is up to 24 hours Monday-Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends. But is usually faster than that. Our developers team will be available after the weekend only.

    2/ Theme Options > Header builder > edit header content for desktop and for mobile.
    Theme Options > Mobile panel.

    3/ Shop page shows all products you have – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

    Theme Options > WoOCommerce > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from WooCommerce and are independent of XStore.
    Shop page content and functionality come from the WooCommerce plugin.
    All the available sorting options you can find in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product Catalog > Default product sorting.
    By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
    If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.
