My theme forest account shows that I purchased v 4.2 in September. My web developer says it is appearing that it is only 4.1.1 and we need 4.2 to work correctly with Stripe on my woo commerce site.

    My developer says:
“the changelog says 4.1.1 The version we have gives an error with the default Stripe plugin and we can’t process Stripe payments.”

    Please help!

    Hello,

The problem with Stripe payment will be fixed in the next theme update.
Meanwhile try to reupload checkout folder in wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce directory that we’ve sent to your email address. Please check it.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Thanks much, Jack. We’ll see how that goes.

When is the next theme update expected?

Is there a preferred/recommended payment vendor other than Stripe? We were using PaypalPro, but got tired of the fees.

Also, sorry about the two forum topics…I’m new to how this all works!

I’m confused. I received another email response from 8themes@gmail.com:

“Take our apologies for the inconvenience. Could you, please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access and we’ll fix this issue on your site.

I may have misunderstood your reply. Did you mean that the Stripe payment issue will be solved with version 4.2 or a later version?
    Thanks again!
