  I activated the license with a subdomain by mistake and I require support to deactivate my license for this site and to be able to activate the theme for my main domain as to proceed there is no direct chat to request help also create a post requesting help and I have not received a response from any of the support staff. I want to know what I should do how to proceed to request support for what I comment.

  Thank you for responding and attending to my request. I was confused and did not know what to do since I followed the steps to be able to perform the activation again, and I managed to reactivate my license in my main domain, thank you very much.
