    Hello,

I noticed that the layout of my older blog posts does not match the layout of my newer posts.

For example, in this older post (https://lifestylerelated.com/personal-accountability-is-key-to-success/), you can see that a “Related Posts” section appears right before the comments area. However, in the newer posts (https://lifestylerelated.com/weekend-wellness-reset-how-to-plan-micro-retreat-at-home/), that section no longer appears. I would like the “Related Posts” section to continue displaying in the newer posts as well.

Please see the screenshot samples below for reference. This issue is occurring across multiple posts.

Could you please help me look into why this is happening and how we can make the layout consistent across all posts?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Hello @Lani,

Unfortunately, the access details provided is not correct. Please note that the “Related Posts” section is displayed only if there are other posts that share the same tag or category, based on the “Related Posts Query” setting in the Theme Options (https://prnt.sc/RvKbnQbBveAT).

We kindly suggest checking whether your new posts are configured correctly. If the “Related Posts Query” setting is set to “Tags,” please ensure that other posts share the same tags so they can appear in the “Related Posts” section.

If you need our assistance, please, provide the correct wp-admin access in private content.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @Lani,

The related posts on your website are currently displayed based on tags: https://prnt.sc/W_lV08vlramc
In your new post, the following tags are used: https://prnt.sc/jRBvMTpvmgHy

In the backend settings, these tags are not assigned to any other posts (https://prnt.sc/CgwXGrOmwfSfhttps://prnt.sc/5M6GlQTJcFxX). Therefore, the current post is the only one associated with these tags, and no related posts are available.

We recommend either assigning additional tags to your post that are also used by other posts (https://prnt.sc/EyDqRYUj4qk5), so that more posts share the same tags, or configuring the related posts to be displayed based on category (https://prnt.sc/OjKse3q-Mlrq).

Your current post belongs to the following category: https://prnt.sc/td65JmWGGNv2. In the backend settings, there are already other posts assigned to this same category (https://prnt.sc/o7noao2SrZ7F), so the related posts will then be displayed correctly.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
