Need Access to Full XStore Demo XML Files

Hi,

I purchased XStore and already downloaded both the Envato package and everything available from my 8theme Downloads area.

However, I do not have access to the full demo XML files or manual import demo content.

The theme advertises 140+ demos, but my WordPress dashboard shows only around 30-40, and there is no manual XML package in my downloads.

Can you please send me the link or tell me where I can download the full demo import package (XML or manual demo content) as described in your documentation?

Thank you for reaching out to us and for choosing XStore.

Please note that the full demo content is available directly through the XStore Control Panel within your WordPress dashboard. To access all 140+ pre-built demos, kindly ensure that the XStore Core plugin is installed and activated. Once activated, navigate to XStore > Import demos, where you will be able to view (scroll) and import all available demos.

If you are seeing only a limited number of demos, it may be due to a temporary issue with plugin activation or a caching problem. We recommend clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. Additionally, please make sure your theme and all required plugins are updated to the latest versions.

At this time, we do not provide a separate XML package for manual demo import, as the recommended and most efficient method is through the built-in demo importer in the XStore Control Panel.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
