I bought your XStore them and try to install it on the production server. It works but there is a problem using the Elementor page builder after importing Electron01. I have submitted a ticket for that as well.
The trouble is, couldn’t use the Elementor to edit things. It shows 404 error. Even I follow the instruction you have given when I ask this by submitting a ticket, it didn’t work.
However, when I switch to the WpBakery page builder it works fine. The reason for buying this theme was Elementor. But I’m unable to use it. So, I’m going to test it in my local computer. but even I have removed the license from the production server I couldn’t add it to the local server. It says “You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.” But I deactivated it from the main production server.
So could you please give me a local testing key to test this? Or could you please fix this trouble.? I can give you a login for this.
