Could you please provide us with more details about the issue, including screenshots or a video? Additionally, could you let us know when the issue started—after any plugin updates, theme updates, or customizations?
Please check whether the issue persists when you temporarily disable the caching plugin on your website. If the problem remains, kindly provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content area so that we can investigate the issue further.

All caches have been deleted and server requirements have been fixed, but the problem persists

We asked you to temporarily disable the cache plugin for testing purposes. We have performed this procedure and disabled the “WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache” plugin (https://gyazo.com/a6d506b37a23851a39d239d87a8fba46). After that, we conducted an additional test on your homepage, and the carousel worked correctly (https://gyazo.com/f7ada53079c1e57a2c5537c2fd170724).
This confirms our earlier assumption that the issue is related to the caching configuration on your website. The main problem was caused by the following Delay JS option: https://prnt.sc/mIKBUUtPTcr5. We have disabled it, and the sliders are now functioning properly. Please check and confirm.

We found the root cause of the problem. The arrows don’t work well yet, but the dots work. I hope with a better WP Optimize setup we don’t have a problem.
