My website is too slow - by winterishere

I tried with differents demos and with the default content, but always the website is too slow…

Now it is in 16 s the homepage: https://www.webpagetest.org/result/201020_Di25_acec0392889f23289ed98f80018fc9b8/

The pagespaeed insight tool is in 12 (mobile) and 47 (computer).

I changed the Speed Opt. as the documentation but it is slow.

I’m disappointment and I would like the refund (I bought it on 13 Oct with 12 months support . Thank you

I’m trying to reinstall all again to testing but now I have a lot of errors all time:

My system requeriments are ok:
