    Hello,

Could you please check if the issue is resolved when you temporarily disable the cache plugin and CDN caching? Also, does everything work correctly when another theme, not XStore, is activated?
Please perform the necessary tests and let us know the results.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @rangana108,

In this case, could you please contact your hosting provider’s support team and ask them to clear all cache systems?

Please let us know the outcome.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hi,

Thank you for checking. Since disabling the cache plugin and CDN did not change the result, the issue is not related to caching or the XStore theme. You have already performed tests that confirmed the problem persists even after switching the theme https://prnt.sc/s6jMpjSC9PbV , which means the XStore theme is not the cause of the issue and there is no need to contact the theme author regarding this matter. Your hosting team has confirmed that the server cache is already clean, so this appears to be a WordPress favicon output issue.

Please make sure the favicon is set only via WordPress under Appearance → Customize → Site Identity → Site Icon, and remove any other favicon files or custom favicon code that may exist. After that, clear your browser cache or check the site in an incognito window. This should force WordPress to output the favicon correctly.

If this does not help, you will need to contact WordPress support and clearly explain that the theme is not the cause of the problem and that all relevant tests have already been performed.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
