After installing the theme, my shop pages still have the old default wp e commerce css. And no sidebar is shown on the product pages. The single product pages are completely distorted and I have no idea why. On the homepage my only issue is that I wanted to add some info right above the slider, just like the demo page, but I can’t find the option in my theme. Please reply ASAP as I was supposed to have this done tonight.

People cannot shop on their mobile phones, when you click on your cart the “EMPTY CART” button is directly over the “checkout button”. Also when people add an item to the cart, the popup that says proceed to checkout or continue shopping doesn’t show. I need all these problems fixed immediately, I’ve never had to many issues with a theme. Nothing has worked like the demo. Please respond or I want a refund.

    Hello,

To add new product images to the home page you need follow this instruction: https://support.8theme.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/how-to-mark-products-as-featured-and-new-ones
You can add some text above the slider on the home page via Widgets > Home Page Sidebar and drag a text widget into there.
Also please rename default.custom.css file into custom.css which is located in the theme directory.
Let us know when it’s done.
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

The most important issue right now is the mobile view, most of our customers purchase through their phones, and all the products are overlapping each other and like I said before the empty cart button in the mobile view is overlapping the checkout button so people can’t purchase.

I renamed default.custom.css to custom.css. So fat nothing has changed. Please let me know the next step.

I have fixed the alignment of the homepage products, now I just need you to tell me why it’s showing prices as $0.00.

Thank you at least now people can checkout but the products on both mobile view and computer still don’t look like the ones from this theme. Why is this? That is one of the major reasons I purchased a theme for my store because I hate wp-e commerce’s css. And no sidebar on the product pages, and no pop up when people add items to cart.

    Hello,

You can enable pop up window in Store settings > Presentation > Display Fancy Purchase Notifications > On.
Also please view the WP E-Commerce documentation, which will help you to set the plugin options due to your needs:

    Hello,

We’re sorry for a long delay.
Have you made any changes in the theme files? As I see you have additional plugins installed and some of them are causing the problem with grid and sidebar. Also you should update Ecommerce plugin to the latest version.
To assist you further you need create a ticket at support.8theme.com and provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in there.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
