    Hello, i have a store.
    Was averything normal
    And than it’s a 500 error
    i talk to bluehost
    and the problem is the theme
    i install the theme in another site to test
    the problem is in the theme
    what should i do?

    As I see now the site you provided uses different theme.
    Please provide us with correct site name and FTP/WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
