Here is a walkthru:
1. I add a product to the wishlist and open a wishlist (everything is ok)
2. I add another product to the wishlist, open a wishlist and get 403 error.
3. after that, I can’t even open a homepage anymore. I have to exit incognito and open it again.

While we did not encounter similar issues in the past, we were able to replicate the 403 error when adding 10-15 products to the wishlist consecutively. However, we also observed that refreshing the page resolves the issue, indicating that the rapid modification of cookies may be causing the browser to raise a query.
Given that this issue did not occur previously, we would like to propose the following solutions:
1. Refresh the Page: Simply refreshing the page should resolve the issue, as it appears that the cookies become overloaded after quickly adding or removing multiple items.
2. Submit a Request for Wishlist Recoding: If you believe the Wishlist functionality requires further optimization, you can submit a request for recoding on our task board here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.
3. Consider Using a Third-Party Plugin: You may also want to explore third-party plugins that offer similar functionality, as they may handle the process differently and better suit your needs.
4. Disable the Litespeed cache plugin and others that can make effect on such case and check then.

As seen from my video, refreshing the page does not help, in fact, I can’t even access the homepaghe anymore.
Also, I’m not using any cache.

I’m not using any caching and neither is my hositing, I just confirmed with them. what makes you think they are caching based on a screenshot?

the bottom says it has servers that work with LiteSpeed technology, not that there is any caching enabled.
cpanel in private area
now my entire site is now shown on mobile, unless viewed in incognito. Same problem with my client.
were you able to check the logs on cpanel?
