My category filter and manufacturer filter in side bar filters wont work. They display old categories and numbers that is not valid any more. For ex: I have category name ONE in woo commerce, and old delited category name TWO… My filters show this TWO who is deleted… I clered cache and try in many browser, every time is the same. I have 7 categories and only 2 showing… it is totaly incorect data in filters. Category and Brands…

I do WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate the product attributes lookup table and clear WooCommerce transients. but nothing is changed…

I will be happy if you can write me what to do.

Please, I need to this ASAP! Tnx.

    Hello, Clarsk85,

Without access, we are unable to provide a detailed step-by-step guide. However, we recommend the following actions:

    1) Clear the cache on your website.
    2) Clear the server cache.
    3) Clear the CDN cache.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

In this case, we kindly request access to the website’s admin panel and FTP. Without these, we will be unable to identify a solution, as the issue is not replicating on our end.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
