    Hello,
I have updated to the new theme, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions. My customers are experiencing a problem now when they log into their account. Prior to the update they where able to see their subscriptions, credit card info, shipping/billing address and previous orders. Since the update, they are only able to see Recent Orders and Address. They can no longer change their payment method nor their subscriptions.
    Please advise how to fix.
    Thanks.

It seems that you guys have not included all the features for the my account page. No subscription options, no payment methods…this is really bad UX.
    Please advise asap.

    Hi Eva,
You guys are overriding the my-account.php file from the WooCommerce plugin but have not made any changes to your file to reflect all the new features that the plugin is offering. You should really take time to re-write the file and provide a better product to all of your customers. Your my-account.php file does not have any information on subscriptions…the system status also says that the file is out of date. You guys are using version 2.0…can this issue be escalated for a fix? What happens if I just use the file from plugin instead of the theme?
    Please advise.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

The file my-account.php has been removed in the recent theme update.
So you can remove it in wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/myaccount directory and default Woocommerce file will load.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
