I have Royal as my theme.

but we are having some problems implementing it on your theme.

I already contacted the creator of the plugin and got a response which I included a link to below.

I see a jquery error from your theme file:

Contact the theme author and ask him what to do!

Here’s the image of the error.

    Hi,

    I included a video link.

    Please watch it. [ https://www.mediafire.com/?80661q7rdwt5ee9 ]

The problem is that the plugin features is not being shown on the single products page.

I contacted the plugin creator but was told that this was my theme’s jquery problem.

Please advise to your earliest convenience!

    Hello,

The problem is caused by the reason there is no featured image for a product. We’ll fix this bug in future update. Currently you need upload main image for a product.

    Sorry for inconveniences.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
