Multisite, Subdomains (Shall i purchase a license for each subsite)

Hello, I have setup the multisite environment on my wordpress.
so i have the mainsite for example (example.com) and for each country i created a subsite
(de.example.com) around 7 subsites.

My question is: Shall i purchase for each subsite a new license? because each subsite i create when i go to the theme it tells me to enter the purchase code, and when entering the one i purchased it tells me that i need to purchase for it because its already used.

Exactly i am making the multisite per country

So the main domain is e,g, example.com
and the subdomains are in the multisite

de.example.com (Germany)
jo.example.com (Jordan)
etc..

so everytime i am creating a new subsite with this subdomain on WP and then going back to the Xstore theme it tells me that i have to register a new license.

Yes, the same websites but with deferent subdomains, but each one will contain some deferent things like payments, images, some products and pricing/currencies, this is the reason why i am creating the multisite structure.

so the main site is the example.com

de.example com: is the same but for Germany only it will sell the products through Germany, and the users who will write example.com while there IP is in Germany, they will be redirected to de.example.com the design of it is related to German things and the payment gateway is also deferent than the other sub sites.
