I’m experiencing several issues across my website that appear to be theme or layout related:

Cart and Checkout Pages – The content container seems to be pushed upwards, overlapping the header or causing layout distortion.

Elementor Pages – When I create new pages with Elementor, the container area is often missing entirely. I sometimes have to manually adjust the layout via the “Advanced” section to get elements to display properly.

Double Header Display – Occasionally, the header appears twice on certain pages.

Mega Menu Issue – When I hover over a menu item to open the mega menu and try to move the cursor down into the submenu, the menu disappears immediately. It’s not possible to access the submenu items.

I’ve tried disabling certain plugins and switching templates, but the problems persist. Could you please help me identify the cause and suggest a fix?

    Best regards,

    Hello @cagdask,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the issue with the menu has been resolved. You may now test the hover functionality on the submenu items. The solution involved increasing the padding for the main menu items.

Regarding the overlapping header on the Cart and Checkout pages, the issue was due to the global configuration of the header overlap option. To address this, we have disabled the header overlap on specific pages using custom CSS, which was added under Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS.

We did not observe the issue of a double header on our end. However, since you are using the “XStore Advanced Sticky Header” plugin, it is possible that this behavior may occur on certain pages. If you do not require this functionality, we recommend disabling the plugin and testing again. Alternatively, please provide us with the URL of the page where the double header appears so we can investigate further.

Additionally, we kindly ask you to share the URL of the page where you are experiencing issues with containers. We were unable to reproduce this issue on our local environment and did not observe it on your website either.

To ensure efficient support and resolution, we kindly request that you organize your inquiries and address them one at a time. This will help us assist you more effectively and avoid confusion.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
