    Hi there I got multiple problems:

    1. Somehow the ‘contact’ page isn’t working in the horizontal menu in the header, what’s up with that?
    2. When I save the menu, it removes it from it’s location and then I need to go to locations and put it where it’s needed again.
    3. The fixed header seems to get cut off. Using firefox, see: http://91.233.105.254/~siebenga/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/headercutoff.png
    4. I added a plugin that uses filter boxes. Asked the plugin maker how come it’s not displaying and working correct on mobile. They say it’s something in the theme that’s changing it so it doesn’t work and I had to ask you guys. See: http://91.233.105.254/~siebenga/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2016-01-22-19_11_27-MobileTest.me-Test-your-mobile-sites-and-responsive-web-designs-with-the-Apple.png

    Hope you guys (and girls ofcourse) can help me, so I can fix this for the client.

    Hello,

    1./2. Please provide us with FTP credentials.

    3. Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:

    .fixed-header-area .fixed-header > .container {
       top: 20px;
    }

    4. Try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check filters then.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Dear Eva,

    Thank you for responding:

    For 1 and 2, check private content.

    For 3. That didn’t work.

    For 4. Still doesn’t work.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1. I’ve added your contact page to menu instead of the custom link item you added. Clear browser cache and check menu now.

    2. The problem may be caused by large amount of items you added.
    In this case you may try to increase memory_limit value.

    3. I’ve edited the code. Please check fixed header now.

    4. Please take our apologies but we can’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme and we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Dear Eva,

    1; still hasn’t been fixed. Because when I edit the label name (which should just be ‘contact’) it removes the link again.

    2; Where do I increase the memory_limit value?

    3; Header is great now thanks.

    4; Okay, so I’m back at the start, contacting the ones who made the plugin, thanks.

    Hello,

    1. Rename your contact page and re-add page item in the menu.

    2. You have to ask your hosting provider support to do this.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,

    1. That’s just a temporarily fix… how about letting me know the reall fix? Cause this means clients can’t add menu items and rename the label?

    2. Ok, will do.

    Hello,

    1. Please check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme.
    If it does then it’s WordPress issue, not the theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
