Multiple Cart, Shop and Checkout Pages Are Generated Automatically

    Dear Support,

    I hope this message finds you well .. I have noticed on my store that additional copies of the Cart, Shop and Checkout pages are being generated automatically .. This in turn is changing the design of the cart and checkout pages and I cannot revert to my old customization settings .. Can you help me customized the checkout page form?
    and can you please advise on how to stop this from happening again and offer an explanation as to why it happened in the first place?

    Hi Rose,

    Thank you for your reply .. I have provided the login credentials in the private content area ..
    The first issues I am experiencing are as follows:
    1. I have modified the checkout form using the (Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce) plugin and it’s been working fine for the last month .. Suddenly, the checkout page now reverted to the default checkout form and I’m not sure why .. I would like to ensure this never happens as I’ll lose business
    2. I have modified the design of the Cart page to my liking but for some reason it also reverted to the default design without me or any of my staff changing it .. Additionally, the cart side bar used to appear when adding products to the cart (AJAX add to Cart option) but it’s not working now
    3. Multiple cart, account and shop pages are being generated automatically and I have no idea why and how
    4. After every update of the theme, the color of the add to cart button on the product page changes to black even though I set it to match the color of my logo .. This happens despite me using the child theme and not the parent theme
    5. This is perhaps the most important issue, can you please help me modify the checkout form by only using the following fields:
    Coupon, Full name (required), Instagram username (required), phone number (required), email address (optional), full address (required), state/county (required) ..
    Using the (Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce) plugin is no longer working ..

    Dear support,

    Thank you very much for bringing that to my attention .. I was able to clean the extra code from the checkout page and it looks as desired now .. My question is; what would be the best way to edit the checkout form fields (i.e. remove some of the current fields and add others), and is that something you can help me with?

    On a different but related note, the AJAX add to cart feature is working but I do not see the cart side bar appearing when a product is added to cart .. I modified the (Product Added Notification) feature and selected the popup option and it does work, so I’m not sure why the side bar functionality is not working ..

    I have tested the add to cart feature and it only works on my computer screen .. For some reason it’s not working on my phone .. Can you please look into that?

    Hi Rose,

    Thank you for your reply .. I was able to test the functionality on my phone and I can confirm that it works, thank you for your continued support ..

    On a different but related note, I noticed that the mobile panel menu is always being displayed in Arabic, despite trying to change the language to English .. This happened after I deactivated all plugins that do not come bundled with the Xstore theme .. Can you please look into this?
    I remember I had to ask for your help to translate the menu items on the mobile panel menu, so I was hoping you could resolve this issue …
