  I have multilingual site, and I wish to show mobile Panel icons + texts.
  How to translate these (and use more than 3 languages – and to put a language switcher widget to mobile menu or behind more-button? Or should I put some additional button for language change? I was not able to find switchers/widgets for mobile.. or the translation for “Custom text” – or should I use the page title, not custom text?

  Hello,

  You can use a Strings translator to translate the strings from the customizer, there is option in the String translator to add admin texts, use it to add the mentioned strings to string translator.
  Or provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll help you to add them.

  To add the language switcher to menu you can use the HTML block to add the switcher shortcode and then just enable it for the mobile menu http://prntscr.com/ur4odw
