I need to display the multicurrency in our website. But while checkout time the amount need to deduct USD only. But in United Arab emirates AED amount need to placed the order. How I can do this ?

I suppose you need to use an additional plugin to achieve the desired result. You can contact support for WooCommerce to get advice.
