    Hi,

On my main product search page in shop, when searching for a product the search results appear at the bottom of the page, below the featured products and new products. I would like to have the search results appear at the top as they are the most relevant to the product search.

    Many thanks

    Anna

    Hello,

Could you please clarify with more details what exactly you want to do and show us screenshots?
Also please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Regards,

when you search for a new product in the search bar and the search result appear, at the moment the featured products and latest products appear at the top of the page so you have to scroll down to find the relevant search results. I would like to be able to move the featured/latest products at the bottom of the page or even remove them after a search has been made.

    I hope this help,

    Thanks

    Hello,

You gave us only the link to wp-admin panel, but we also need login details as well as for FTP account.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

That content is added for your Shop page. Unfortunately, to remove it from search result page you need delete it from “Shop”.

    Regards,

You may try to hide these boxes with css with following code:
    .search-results .product-slider{display:none!important}
This line should be placed in custom.css. How to create custom.css you may watch here.

    Thank you for you help.
I have decided to remove the ‘latest products’ and place them as a widget on the side panel as couldn’t get them to disappear after searching.

Would you be able to help with a couple more things please?

    1. I cant find a ‘favourites’ widget for the product side panel, to display personal products which each individual customer usually purchases.

    2. on the products page, for variable products it shows ‘select options’ – takes you to the product then add to basket. However for simple products it says ‘add to basket’ on the shop page which automatically adds individual products to the basket, I would like to change that to ‘view product’ so that quantities can be selected?

    kind regards,

    anna

    Hello,

    1. Do you wish to display recently purchased products in the sidebar?

    2. Concerning this issue you should contact Woocommerce support as this is their configuration.

    Regards,

Sorry this feature is not avalible in our theme. You may use this shortcode [etheme_best_selling_products per_page="12"] to display most popular products or install an additional plugin. For example: http://www.techieresource.com/woocommerce-recently-purchased-products/.

    With best regards
