Moving from Legenda to Royal…problems with plugins and settings

    Hi guys. I moved from Legenda to Royal (same installation) but I’m facing many issues regarding recommended plugins. E.G. even if I install and activate Ultimate Add Ons it doesn’t work…I mean that it’s not even displayed among other VC modules…any clue?

    I searched for previous topics but didn’t find any. Thanks in advance.

    Can you describe each of the steps that you did when you change themes?

    Yes Robert, here we go:

    1 – Disabled all plugins
    2 – Uploaded theme via FTP
    3 – Uploaded child-theme via FTP
    4 – Activated both child and main theme
    5 – Installed required and recommended plugins (I updated Legenda ones too)
    6 – Activated all plugins

    Please provide us with the correct wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content as we can’t access the previous link for wp-admin panel, it’s giving “Internal Server Error”.

    EDIT: I managed to make the Ultimate Addon working. Instead, if you go to the Shop page you’ll see how ugly it looks after the theme change.

    In private content you’ll see the URL.

    EDIT #2: the Ultimate Addon doesn’t work. It’s diplayed in VC modules but Google Map, for example, doesn’t work…

    Hello,

    I’ve checked Visual Composer editor and additional elements from Ultimate VC Addons plugin are shown, for example, Info box, Countdown, Swatch Book and others.
    But I’d recommend you to update Ultimate VC Addons plugin and other required plugins:

    Unfortunately I can’t update Ultimate VC Addons since I’m not able to write my Royal purchase code…will you mind to send it to my email address, please? It’s in private content.

    Hi Eva and thanks for the plugin but, even updating it to the latest version, I still get an error when I try to add Google Map into my page. In PC you can see the screenshot
