Modules Width adjusts itself when scrolled on Cart Page

Hi Support team,

When I tried to scroll in cart page, the left cart module with Proceed to checkout / continue shopping will adjust its width.

Pls kindly advise how to fix or advise any setting errors on our side. thank you!

The problem is caused by the next custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/j19PvvpZin5S
You need to find out where exactly it was added and remove or change it.

When i removed the code you found, it works, but the width is way to big than I wanted it to be, that was the reason i added the code at the first place.

In this case, can you advise how to adjust the width to match with my other pages?

FYI:
Customizer > General /Layout. My Site width is set to 1170px
Elementor > Site Settings > Layout, Content width is set to 1140px.
