    Hello,

I downloaded a theme and trying to update the Header with my logo and information. Its easy to make the changes, however when I click publish and go to check the updates live, it still shows the old information.

I also need some help changing the logo of the footer, Where do I go to do that?

I am using the Organic Cosmetic theme, Version: 6.2.13. The top center slider background image is very blurry, Do I need some kind of plug in for this? I downloaded all of the plug ins needed but i got a “media not installed :(” msg. Didn’t give any more info

    Thank you

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
Your site under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Provide temporary wp-admin access, please.
The demo uses multiple headers http://prntscr.com/rsr3ck https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc (header with overlap for Home page), so you need to edit both headers. Do not forget to clear the cache before checking changes.
    About footer – http://prntscr.com/rsr3xc http://prntscr.com/rsr46u https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
Do you mean this image http://prntscr.com/rsr4ih ? The slider was created using the Slider Revolution plugin, so can be edited – http://prntscr.com/rsr57j http://prntscr.com/rsr66e https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/
If you want to import all the images you may try to launch demo import again but instead of full import choose media only https://gyazo.com/536f65186963c6a88eea299c0dd882b1
This demo has a lot of images and probably the system reached the time limit during images import.

    Regards

I have tried editing both headers but didn’t clear the cache.

I under stand the slider was created using the slider revolution, however even my new images i placed are blurry when viewed on site. Please take a look.

Could you please take a look to see what that error might be? also, could you please check to see if the theme is running right? any way i can check to see all the plug ins i need for this theme? I want to make sure I have them all.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

You are using CDN, cache plugin and maybe server cache. I would recommend you to disable caching while you are making changes on the site, enable it once customization will be finished. We do not have any problems with the header builder on our test site, so likely it is cache/CDN effect on your side.

I’ve disabled Blur in slider settings – http://prntscr.com/rszbaz Please clear cache and check now.

As I can see, all required plugins are activated. Here you can find a list of such plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins Recommended plugins can be installed / activated via Appearance > Install plugins, for example, Wishlist plugin. Do not activate new plugins unnecessarily, because every plugin slows down the site a bit.

Keep in mind that you need to build content using only one builder, don’t try to edit page that was created by WPBakery using Elementor. Our demo version uses WPBakery, so you can disable the Elementor plugin at all, or use it for new pages only.

I have more questions, the second row right below the slider (White box with content inside), how can I edit that box? I want to change the background of it, and also in the original theme, that box is full size (larger) and what I have is smaller, do you know how I can modify that box itself?

    Hello,

Please provide screenshots for better understanding and temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

    Regards
