Hi there,

Getting this error in my log files when installing the theme and trying it for the first time:

Mon Feb 16 18:25:18.658739 2015 pid 16229 mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ReallySimpleCaptcha in /var/www/vhosts/apexsystems.co.za/execuhitch.agsys.co.za/wp-content/themes/execuhitch_theme/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 30

It moans about this line:

/* Coordinates for a text in an image. I don’t know the meaning. Just adjust. */ $this->base = array( 6, 18 );

Could you please advise?

What theme version are you using?
Please provide us with wp-admin panel amd FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hi there,

As per the ThemeForest discussion, I have some errors during checkout in WooCommerce. Some Ajax thing isn’t allowing anyone on my site to purchase.

Could you please help?

Hello,

Unfortunately we can’t connect to the server via FTP using the credentials you provided, getting this error:
Error: Could not connect to server

Also wp-admin login details are incorrect.
Please check all credentials and provide us with the correct ones.
