Mobile widget ajax error display – Not loading

Hello. I’m having a problem with the category filter widget on mobile.

It turns out it’s not displaying correctly and the loading icon appears.

Please I need your help.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access also? We will check what can be done to help you.

Excellent. Now the filter loads correctly.
Would it be possible to know what you did to optimize the store’s loading in this way? Is that included in the theme options, or did you include custom code?

We hope this message finds you well.

Previously, your website utilized a “sidebar” widget that was hidden on tablet and mobile devices, along with a separate “off-canvas sidebar” widget that was hidden on desktop devices.

As of a few updates ago, we have introduced a new feature that allows the default Sidebar widget to function as an off-canvas sidebar on selected devices. In light of this enhancement, we have removed the separate off-canvas widget – which previously duplicated the sidebar content and increased the overall page size – and instead optimized the default Sidebar widget with off-canvas functionality for tablet and mobile devices (https://prnt.sc/a9ToudtbQphh).

We believe this update will contribute to a more streamlined and efficient user experience.
