Mobile Website stuck on loader - by adwa

    Hi,

    On visiting my site using a mobile, “loading the content” with spinning dots show up and never disappear; I can see that my content is already loaded behind this message and I can even scroll the page behind but can’t get the “loading the content” to disappear.

    Hello,

    Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins?
    Did you make changes in template files? Do you use a child theme? Do you have the same problem with parent theme activated on site?
    Please let us know and provide temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area.
