When customers are on mobile devices and want to go back to their orders via their account page, they cannot see the options available to the right such as “pay” “view” “cancel” “print invoice” unless they turn their device horizontal. This portion of the page is too far to the right side to view so they are automatically in “view” mode and cannot see the select buttons for additional options.
This has been resolved, we found out it is with customers that have enabled a large text feature on their cellphones.
