Hi,

I found on the mobile phone, the website looks something wrong, please see the screen shots below, how could we fix these responsive problems.

https://prnt.sc/ovl1ri (the display of banner image is not responsive seems, doesn’t look good at all…. also the texts lost here… )

https://prnt.sc/ovl241 (fonts looks good in computer but here on phone looks mess… and also how to control which elements / blocks to be shown or not to be shown on mobile version, e.g. this screen shot it looks not as good as in computer verion )

Above responsive related issues somehow also occurs on other pages under Science/…

One more question, https://prnt.sc/owec3r please see this scree shot, http://144.208.71.24/~wwwlifebiotechco/2016/02/17/nad101/ it’s from this link, the Blog article texts, I tried to find out where to tune the content text color but failed, could you please tell where it is? i want the body content to be pure black color.

1) Theme Options > Typography > Content > Body Font > Font color.

Just a quick question…. sorry I will open a new topic next round of questions, but this is in a rush and I thought better put together with above to easy find and avoid tooooo many topics on each item as the information will fall piece by piece and difficult to search and read in one place…..

So please look at this screen shot: https://prnt.sc/owicef once I have input the products, is it possible to just adjust the display order of the products…? e.g. the number 1 should be placed in the very first product position to display….

Hello,

All the available options of the product sorting you can find in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product catalog. There is no option for the custom order.

Thanks Olga,

I didn’t mean that sorting, I mean by default, to display the products on ShopNow page, it just simply follow the order I input in CMS backend seems, but what if I would really need a later input product to by default showing as the 1st product in ShopNow page…? Is there anywhere to adjust? Thanks.

Hello,

WooCommerce comes with a variety of sorting options. By default, the sort order for your products is “Custom Ordering + Name”.
Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://prnt.sc/owj42e

wonderful !!! brilliant !!! best service ever !!! extended service level without hassle !!! every cents I would be keen to spend in the future only in your theme.

with this level of customer technical service, what other theme I would need from any other provider — no ! all theme I need, I would ONLY come back to your theme ! — this is the key important thing, at least for me.

The only thing is, your multi-purpose theme, just need to create as many as possible demo sites covers various industry, by doing this, it will just simply attract users, and once users love the service, they won’t leave, they will stick to your theme for every websites they will build. The reason is simple, nobody will want to learn / get used to all different themes from different providers, that would be pain. For me, I create websites from time to time, next time I will 100% sure ONLY buying your theme — luck I used quite some of time to compare and finally find out your theme, and I am so happy to my decision, it save lottttttttttttttttttts of my time building this website, the technical service and fast turn around support is definitely the KING !!!
