  Hello,

  We have checked your site and see that even desktop version does not work ok because of some js error http://prntscr.com/txrzwh Do you use cache plugin or server cache? Try to disable it. It looks that some option of the caching or minification of the scripts causes the issue on your site.

  1. Minify the HTML Output
  2. Minify JavaScript Files
  3. Combine JavaScript Files
  4. Defer render-blocking JS
  5. Minify CSS Files
  6. Combine CSS Files
  7. Optimize Loading of Google Fonts
  8. Remove Query Strings From Static Resources
  9. Disable Emojis

  Hello,

  It depends on the plugins you use and CDN cache. So, you can try to disable them one by one and clear cache and CDN cache after every disabling to check which one if the reason of the problem.

  Theme with required plugins does not have a problem with this because we use cache, minification and combination on our demos.
