    Hello,
    Can you pls see this image and guide me why mobile view taking too much time to load. i have attached google report.

    i have checked your demo too and it is same there

    moreover its 70% on desktop

    Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) always scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos works very fast on mobile devices. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems.
    About your site, please follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ If you did everything from there, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    i am providing you admin access kindly check settings for wp fastest cache too.
    moreover tell me how to hide crossell or upsell from mobile view
    *** i found one thing more that after theme update some views are disturbed like check Ultimate whatsapp plugin setting view, Static Blocks view?

    Ultimate whatsapp is 3rd party plugin, so contact the support of that plugin.
    About static block, what exactly is incorrect? Provide some screenshots, please.

    Hello,

    1) I was able to improve score results a little bit https://prnt.sc/10snows
    We don’t have more theme options for this. So, try to improve the server settings to speed up the site.
    2) Styles of the Media are not related to theme update because it displays the same way even with the default Storefront theme https://gyazo.com/2547abcee9d631874a197eab7d08bd5e
    So, it’s related to FileBird plugin styles. If you prefer the default media library then disable FileBird plugin.
