Our website is not responsive to mobile even though the setting is on. Please advise.

Hello, Thanks for the reply. What browser are you using? Did you clear your cache before viewing our website?

I am sending you a screen shot of what I see on my mobile, using Chrome and Firefox. It doesn’t look what what your browser is showing.

Please check a customization of the Child theme.

My child theme is not working anymore, did you happen to do something to it??? How can I activate child theme again?

Nvm the child theme wasn’t activated, I didn’t know you only made the parent theme active. Thanks.

What do you mean? The Child Theme is activated now and working perfect.

Yup yup I activated child’s theme and its working now. When I checked yesterday, only the parent theme was activated for some odd reason. Thanks!
