Hi, I have a problem with the mobile menus with sub-items. It looks fine when I check in on my browser’s mobile developer mode, but on actual devices (I checked on iphone and ipad, safari & chrome) the arrow to open the submenu doesn’t show up and I cant open the submenus. Hello,

Make sure that you are using latest version of the theme and Core plugin – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
