    Hi everyone,

on mobile devices I am facing some strange issues that I can’t resolve.

When I am scrolling down a page it sometimes jumps to other content positions – mostly if you scroll down a longer page and than up again. This relates to a very bad UX.

Please the attached video that was recording on Android 14 – unfortunately this bug is online reproducable on real mobile devices and not in DevTools.

It would be awesome if you could help me out here. Thank you very mcuh

    Dear @Toesi,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inquire whether the issue you reported appears exclusively on long pages, such as the homepage of your website. Have you been able to reproduce the same issue on any other pages?

It is possible that a specific widget on your homepage may be contributing to the problem. If you haven’t already done so, we kindly suggest duplicating the homepage and removing the widgets one by one to identify whether a particular widget is causing the issue.

Please note that we conducted a test using an iPhone device, and the issue did not appear on our end.

Should you have any further information or updates, please feel free to share them with us.

    Best regards,

    Dear Jack,

thank you very much for your reply.

Currently this bug is only appearing on the long homepage.

I have duplicated the homepage twice and deletetd the top sections on one page and the last one on the other page.

Even with reduced content the bug is reproducable on one of the pages but I can’t find the widget that is causing the issue.

Furthermore you are right – the bug is not reproducable on iOS devices – only Android devices seems to have problems here.

Thank you very much for your help!

    Dear @Toesi,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are still in the process of identifying the root cause of the issue you reported. In the meantime, we kindly ask you to disable the animations for sections and containers (https://gyazo.com/401477fde88ac2911931a4a60994f7ae) on the affected page and check the results again.

As the investigation may take some time, testing the page with animations disabled will help us narrow down the potential cause more efficiently.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Best regards,

Hi Jack, thank you very much for your reply.

I have disabled all animations on the lower sections but unfortunately the result is still the same 🙁

Take your time to investigate the issue and let me know if you can find the root cause and a fix for that topic.

    Best regards

    Dear @Toesi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Unfortunately, we have only encountered this issue once on our devices and have not been able to reproduce it since. To help identify the root cause, could you kindly try removing sections of your content one by one and check whether the issue persists? This may help determine if the problem is related to a specific section.

Additionally, we have not observed any similar issues on our demo sites, which suggests that the issue may be specific to the content or configuration of your website.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your findings.

    Best regards,
