Mobile product categories on the sidebar NOT working

Please advise as to why Mobile product categories on the sidebar NOT working. we are getting so many complaints that users can not just click on the sidebar icon and jump to another category.. we also tested and NONE of it are working.

Hi, we’ve received a response on post-315989 from your support hours ago and have not yet received any responses on several other items that was submitted yesterday morning at the same time.. pls advise!

it’s because we are having to re-import categories for all 10,000+ items all over again.. we had spent an entire day on imports… issue had occured when the cloudflare and wp rocket was active and currently they are both off and inactive as we are still in the process of importing categories.

Hello,

Click by the product sidebar icon can’t be affected with any import. Anyway, I can tell you nothing about your issue because I probably don’t understand the problem. So, have you sorted out or still need any help with this?
