Mobile not workng correctly since update

My website is not looking right since I updated today. There is a round white circle hoover when you scroll up or down, also my footer doesn’t look correct.

Hello,

You need to clear all cache including cache of browser on your mobile.
About text in the Footer, go to Theme Options > Footer > Styling > Footer Text Color Scheme > Light.

You just need to clear cache of a plugin/server/CDN.
Please submit a new topic and provide URL of your site + temporary wp-admin access, if you need any assistance from our side.

Why submit a new topic when this is the topic here and it hasn’t been solved? I tried clearing cache and it’s still not working. The white circle is still showing on mobile app. I already provided wp-admin access. But here it is again:
