    Hi,

    Can you please why am I getting a different mobile menu navigation compared to what you have in your demo. I am about to take this website live but with the issue I am experiencing I cannot do it yet.

    My client needs this website to be live asap.

    So if you can spend some time to check this issue. It would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by 3rd-party plugin – Max Mega Menu, try to disable it.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

    We need to retain the Mega Menu as we want out nav to have it. It is also an option from your theme.

    Now, my only concern is that the user needs to click twice on order to see the navigation items. Is there a way we can avoid this? And just 1 click and show the navigation items.

    As of now, if you can see it has a very bad user experience.

    I believe you are able to help me with this.

    Thanks,

    Also another thing on Mobile.

    When I tried to scroll down any page and try to click the search icon and click the search field. It redirects to the top of the page and search field will be gone. And this means that user cannot search anymore with the given issue.

    Can you please check this matter as well.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    We don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins and can’t guarantee their full compatibility with the theme.
    You can try to add this code in Custom CSS:

    #mega-menu-wrap-mobile-menu .mega-menu-toggle + #mega-menu-mobile-menu {
        display: block;
    }

    Seems there’s a bug in our theme with a search. We’ve forwarded this issue to our developers and they will fix it in the next theme update.
    Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
