    On mobile when you go to the site and select the drop-down navigation and then try to open categories it doesn’t show sometimes. Can you replicate the issue?

    Hello,

    Looks that Poptin plugin could be the reason of the problem. Once we disabled plugin problem disappeared.
    We activated plugin but it ask to log in again and we don’t have your ID. So, try menu when plugin is disabled and if it works fine then provide us with your login ID to allow us to test and find the reason why that plugin causes an issue with the mobile menu.

    Regards

    Is there an update? I’d love to turn poptin off if it is causing my mobile nav not to function properly.

    Thanks,

    Sounds good. Can you help implement reviews on my product page? I can’t seem to get it to show?

    Can you take a look at the mobile nav again. I don’t have poptin enabled but when you go to the mobile website and scroll down a little bit and then hit the hamburger, it blends in to the background of the page?

    Hello,

    Try to use the next custom CSS code:

    .et-overflow-hidden #header.sticky-on:not([data-type="sticky"]) > [class*=header-wrapper],
    .et-overflow-hidden #header > [class*=header-wrapper] .sticky-on > div {
        position: static;
    }

    What is the issue? and can it be resolved without the addition of code? Because now the issue is when you scroll down and hit the hamburger and then hit the “X” the background goes blank?

    Hello,

    We have deleted the custom code and made some changes in Core plugin. Please check now, If all fine, the fix will be included in the next update. If you face any problem, describe it in more detail and specify in which browser.

    Now instead of a blank background, it blends into the background again. See the image: https://ibb.co/Lk8sY74
