    Hello,

    1.
I use royal store v1.7.1 and mobile menu is not working.
Its container shown (not all the time, it varies) but the content is invisible.

This is the end website that includes some changes under a child theme only,
And this is a test duplicate of the above site in which I disabled the child theme, hence the original royal store theme is active – and still the mobile menu isn’t working.
NOTE: if zooming out to 33% and below – you can see the mobile menu block on the right and title and menu elements are above the block but hidden and can be detected only with inspect element.

    2. In addition to that I want to take off the “top-bar” & “footer” from the mobile view.
please advice for the best way to do that.

These are the last issues left before I have to deliver this site to the client, so urgent!

Thank you for your prompt reply,

    Best,

    Ronen

    Hello

1.Please try to disable 3-party plugins one by one and check mobile navigation issue after it.
2.Please add this code into the style.css of the Child Theme:

    @media (max-width: 916px){
    .top-bar, .main-footer{display:none!important}}

    With best regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

I still have the issue with the mobile menu:
Display blank/black container without the menu and the container pops up in different areas of the website – inappropriately.

I need to submit this project to the client and this is the final stretch.

I have another project which uses Royal Store and it suffers from the same issue.

    Please your urgent help,

    Best,
    Ronen

    Hello

I see that mobile menu works fine. Please see the screenshot:http://prntscr.com/6wdvyp. You may fill it with elements from the main menu or create custom links for it. Please read here about how to create menu in royal theme.

    With best regards

    Hello Brian,

Thank you for your fast reply.
I get a totally different result:mobile menu issue

alternatively, I get black narrow stripe instead of the menu and I get neither the title “ניווט” that you got, nor the comment “SET YOUR MAIN MENU…”

See also this screenshot with ‘Inspect Element’ on the mobile menu actual location:mobile menu actual location

This is all with the original theme – not the child theme.

Did you changed anything (disabled rtl.css or any plugin)?

    Best,

    Ronen

    Hello, @ronen-webzit,

Your problem with menu is related to rtl direction of the site. Royal theme does not declare RTL languages support. Compatibility requires additional customization, do this if you have appropriate skills or hire developer to get help. Our support covers getting setup with the theme, theme related questions and bugs or issues that occur when using the theme. Anything, that falls outside of the options the theme offers, is additional customization that is not covered by the scope of our support.

    Hello Olga,

It is very disappointing to get this kind of answer so late into the discussion.

I raised the RTL issue from the beginning and got your collaboration up to this point.

If my memory serves me right there was no menu issue prior to ver 1.7.

I intended to use your product as main platform and offer it to future clients.
Unfortunately your answer oblige me not to do so and look for other products instead.

Since I like your product and would still like to use it I urge you to reconsider and seek solution, Or at least, further instruct me on the matter:
How the mobile menu is working
what changes need to be done ?
changes of CSS, PHP or js ?
any other data I should know so I’ll be able to resolve the issue myself…

    Please your rapid reply,

    Ronen

    p.s

rtl.css file (including “body:rtl;”) came in ‘royal’ folder within the Royal Store package as supplied by your team.
That by itself is a statement regrading RTL compatability.

I removed all my changes, yet the problem remained.

Please take responsibility on your work and help me resolve this issue.

    Best,

    Ronen

    Hello,

We didn’t develop rtl support and you can check on themeforest site that we didn’t mention rtl support in the theme description. Only basic styles are included in the template to make customers’ work easier who decided to customize the theme additionally according to their language.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

What you’re saying Eva is quite lovely.

Nevertheless, the very css declaration that messes up the menu is in the code you’ve supplied within the theme package, hence your refusal to take care of the matter is simply bad service !

You leave me no choice but to not recommend your product to my clients and colleagues – furthermore I’m oblige to inform all that when it comes to service your seriously deficient.

I’m truly sorry that it comes to this.

    Hello Eva,

It took me 2h to solve the issue myself.
I’m positive that your team – as this product’s creators – would have done it in just a fraction of the time it took me.

I strongly suggest that you don’t rush, in the future, to the “we did’t say that…” kind of attitude – it just might be a small effort with a satisfied client at the end.
