Mobile Menu Not Working after upgrading - by MeltedHouseDigital

Hi Support

After upgrading to 5.0.2 the mobile menu on my site is no longer working. The hamburger icon is non responsive.

Can you explain in more details what you mean by non-responsive? I don’t see problems with the mobile menu https://gyazo.com/5d251ae0d2311930dcacad2cca5d8c11

Try it when you are not logged in to the admin and you will see. When you press on the hamburger menu icon nothing happens.

Hello,

I see. It looks like a cache issue. If you use server or plugin cache clear it. Console displays call to function that does not exist in theme anymore. So, js files are cached.

Hi Olga,

Thanks for your help. So what is the fix? I have disabled the WP Rocket plugin which is the cacheing plugin and it works but now the header is white and not the pink colour it was before?

Hi Olga,

No, there is no server cacheing. The site worked perfectly on mobile before this upgrade.

Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask to add https://www.lagrandeboutique.online/wp-content/uploads/xstore/options-style.min.css file to excluded for caching + clear server cache.
Then you will be able to check the mobile menu.
