Hello,
When i’ve updated my Xstore website, the mobile menu wouldn’t work anymore. Can you help me and tell me how to fix it? I have multiple Xstore websites running, and a few are having the same problem!
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.

Hi Rose,
I’ve already did that serveral times, and even re-installed the whole template and WordPress. But unfortunately that didn’t help.
Hello,
As I can see, the Mobile Menu works fine for logged users – http://prntscr.com/139n7y6
Is there CDN or server cache? Try to clear them.
Regards
Hi Rose,
Unfortunately that didn’t work either. We’ve tested all things we could possibly think of, but it seems the problem is only on mobile (non-logged users). Even on desktop in mobile-simulators everything works just fine.
Could you check again? Thanks
Hello,
I see js error in console https://prnt.sc/13g30t1
Do you have any kind of server cache or CDN that could change the order of the scripts(defer/async loading)?
Regards
Hi Rose,
No we don’t have anything like that, or at our other Xstore websites.
In fact, this is an exact copy (Duplicate) of another Xstore website which does work. It just has a different licence code for the template and different text/pictures on the pages. Same plugins, same hostingserver.
I’ve just checked, and the xstore website which works, haven’t updated jet (the 7.2.9 version from May 12). That’s the only difference.
Today I’ve immediately updated this non-working website to the update (7.2.10 from today), but that didn’t work either.
Hello,
I have enabled Minification in the cache plugin settings and added /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js to exclusions and the js error disappeared. Check the mobile menu now. Seems it was some kind of caching if exclusion helped.
