There is a big white space covering most of the mobile navigation menu that I don’t know how to fix.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    1) Dashboard access is incorrect.
    2) Did you make changes in parent theme files? We found changes of the classes and ids. Also CSS changes cause issue a) http://prntscr.com/n5zohh + b) http://prntscr.com/n5zozs there should be 100% instead of 100px.

We would suggest you to move all the changes in the child theme and get back source files of the parent theme.

    Regards

I changed the 100px to 100%. How would I go about moving the changes in the child theme and getting back the source files for the parent theme? Thank you.

    Hello,

Glad to hear that you sorted out.
Check the docs how to use child theme https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/
Do the backup before any changes.
Move only changed styles to child theme style.css, move only changed files to child theme folder and keep the structure. Replace all the parent theme files by the original files of our theme from ThemeForest.

    Regards
