Mobile menu not opening since update - by Mario :)

Hi

I’ve updated the theme and plugins today.
Since then, the mobile menu (hamburger) is not opening when tap/clicking.
I’ve of course cleared all cache (as suggested on other posts) but that seems not being the problem.

Please let me know how to solve this.

i solved this problem by doing Xstore Core plugin update.

You can easily do that by going to Xstore Dashboard > Plugin Installer

Thanks for your reply.

As I previously mentioned,
I’ve already updated the theme and the plugins (including XStore Core).
My current XStore Core version is 4.0.1

Do you have any other solution in mind?

There’s also other issues too. Please check at the same time.
1. Newsletter does not pop-up
2. Newsletter (header) is not opening when clicking
3. Search button is not opening when clicking
4. Same error as shadow7 post https://ibb.co/8Pdw0C5

It’s clearly an issue due to the update. I believe that you’ll have to solve all of this in the next update? but for now, if it does take time to fix it, could you make a downgrade of the theme and Core plugin?

Hello,

These issues are related to WP 5.8. I downgraded WP to version 5.7.2. Theme does not support WP 5.8 at this moment. We are working on new theme update that will support WP 5.8.

Check the mentioned issues now.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header builder > enable Mobile > edit the top header mobile bg color and change it to #222.

Thanks for your help.
I’ve seen that XStore is now compatible with WP5.8 so I’ve updated the theme, plugins and WP.
The same issue persists.
